Bawadi – the world’s ‘longest’ hotel strip

According to developers, Dubai will add another feather in its cap with the construction of the world’s longest hotel strip at a cost of $27 billion. “Bawadi” will feature 31 hotels along a 6-mile strip of land, offering more than 29,000 rooms projected to host 3.3 million guests by 2016. One of the hotels, AsiaAsia, will be the largest in the world with 6,500 rooms! Many of the  hotels will be theme-based, with themes ranging from the Arabian desert to the Wild West.
