The 500-room Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa in Yalong Bay, Hainan Island, China, overlooks a beautiful 750-metre stretch of beach. Opening in December last year, it was the first Hilton Worldwide Resort in China and has already been recognised as the Annual Best New Hotel at the 3rd China Golden Pillow Awards. It has been dubbed by tourism officials as the ‘Hawaii of China’.
