Exercising whilst on the move isn’t always easy but this small device Handytrim is a handy contraption to help you keep in shape. You simply twirl the metallic wheel in the middle for five minutes a day and your upper body will be toned and ready for the beach… apparently! Handytrim packs into a small pouch so is easily portable.
