With the 60th Edinburgh Fringe Festival underway in just a couple of days, one venue not to miss is Smirnoff Underbelly. Hailed as “a truly extraordinary venue” and “an atmospheric wonder” by The Guardian newspaper, they are bringing an all-new experience to this year’s festival: a large, temporary 322-seater venue and stage… in the shape of a purple, upside-down cow of course! It will be “grazing” in Bristo Square (to be renamed The Pasture) for the duration of the event.
