Hillsborough International Oyster Festival From the 29th August to 3rd September 2006, Northern Ireland will host its 14th International Oyster Festival. Why not see how many you can eat at the world oyster eating championship?! As well as the event being great fun for all ages, it also brings in money for local charities, last year raising £20,000.
