The next generation of Concorde?

QSSTNevada-based Supersonic Aerospace International has commissioned Lockheed Skunk Works to design a plane that can cover New York to Los Angeles in just two hours. Called the QSST (quiet supersonic travel), this supersonic aircraft could be a successor to Concorde, capable of speeds up to 1200 mph (Mach 1.8), but will hold just 12 passengers.
