My brother tried World Business class and the seat was broken and a couple other passengers had problems as well. He said the head flight attendent was giving everybody coupons for 25,000 worldperks miles as compensation. He also said the pad of coupons was more than half empty. I guess for this particular plane, rather then fix the seats, Northwest’s solution is to just pass out mileage coupons like candy.
