2006 Farm Attractions of the Year

A day out on a farm is great fun for the family and the National Farm Attraction Network (NFAN) in England has just announced the winners of its 2006 Farm Attractions of the Year. Not in its fifth year, awards are divided into three categories according to the size of each attraction.
Category A (over 50,000 visitors per year)
- Winner: Farmer Palmers Farm Park, Dorset
- Runners-up: Farming World, Kent and The Big Sheep, Devon
Category B (20,000 to 50,000 visitors per year)
- Winner: Pennywell Farm & Wildlife Centre, Devon
- Runners-up: Court Farm Country Park, Somerset and Brockholes Farm Visitor Centre, South Yorkshire
Category C (less than 20,000 visitors per year)
- Winner: Hesketh Farm Park, North Yorkshire
- Runners-up: Hall Farm Park, Lincolnshire and Matlock Farm Park, Derbyshire
