It was only the other day that I mentioned The Peaks Resort & Golden Door Spa at Telluride, CO. Now news is in that $60 million in renovations and refurbishments will see it be transformed into condominiums for individual ownership for those seeking a luxury mountain lifestyle. The conversion is due to be completed by the end of the year and will then ultimately operate as a condo-hotel.
