The Dylan always has a room or suite to suit whatever mood you may be in!
The Dylan also houses 3 banquet facilities, which diverse from intimate and cozy, classical and stately to ambitious and modern: the Josephine, the Regent room and the new jewel of the hotel; The Ariana.
In the popular restaurant, The Dylan restaurant, Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers presents his love for the contemporary French cuisine. Echoing the décor of the hotel, you can enjoy one of his signature dishes including roast Anjou pigeon with five spices, which can be served with a well chosen wine, by our maitre. The Dylan restaurant is open each day for lunch (Monday to Friday) and dinner (Monday to Saturday), and can seat up to 40 people. At the bar Bar Barbou you will be able to enjoy the convivial companionship of your fellow traveler, whilst our staff prepares your favorite cocktail. Bar Barbou is a wonderful modern place to relax and have a drink after a hard day of shopping in Amsterdam. During the summer months, the beautiful interior courtyard is also open with drinks and a light menu served all day.
