Xôpana Jazz

Five years after its launch, Madeira’s Choupana Hills Resort & SPA will be promoting a jazz festival on its premises during the course of three consecutive evenings, from the 30th of August to the 1st of September 2007. This initiative, named “Xôpana Jazz”, intends to leave its mark as a reference to music and jazz, not only on the island, but with an international projection, thus contributing to quality entertainment for both tourists and locals. The festival line-up is tailored to present some of the “state of the art” working groups in jazz, at the dawn of the 21st Century.
