Donald Trump has been in Toronto this week to break ground on his first luxury hotel and condominium development in Canada. In the heart of the city’s financial district, at the corner of Bay and Adelaide Streets, he unveiled that 70% of the units had already been sold. The 57-storey tower will be Canada’s tallest residential building and will cost more than $400-million. Completion is anticipated in 2010.
