J Hotels from Jay-Z?
News has it that yet another celebrity is getting in on the luxury hotel scene. The American rapper Jay-Z has bought a plot of land in New York from where he plans to launch J Hotels. The land is in the Chelsea area of Manhattan, at West 22nd Street, between 10th and 11th Avenue, and reportedly cost $33 million.
