A landmark of the city since opening as a “curhaus” in 1899, The Dolder Grand’s redo includes two new wings, a stunning 43,000 square-foot spa by industry hotshot Sylvia Sepielli, two new restaurants, an impressively efficient geothermal heating system and more.
