Inopia, Barcelona

Barcelona is well known for having great restaurants with great design.   When you’re next there, try Inopia.   It’s owned by Albert Adrià, the brother of chef Ferran Adrià from El Bulli.   Great for tapas and has  a huge menu, including fresh salt cod with tomato salad, and confit of tuna belly and ham croquettes made jamón Ibérico.
