T5: a story of failed promises

A video about Heathrow Terminal 5, made around a year ago. They make a big thing about how efficient the baggage system is, and how the new terminal will “relieve the chaos”. With the benefit of hindsight, it makes for rather ironic viewing now.
with time passing i travel through T5 quite often and my only gripe is how long it takes to get through the security it would seem the new more automated buckets hold up rather than speed up the process. Apart from that I really like it – lots of shops, restaurants and services to keep you busy – many of the US airports could learn a thing or two.
