Ever been downgraded? Know your rights!


Have you ever been downgraded on a flight or cruise?   If you’ve paid for premium seats, make sure you kick up a fuss, and don’t be tempted by vouchers –  with terms and conditions associated with them –  in compensation.     didn’t think they would have the nerve to downgrade anyone – i certainly would be kicking up an almighty stink if this happened you expect to receive for what you payed for!
