The Balsams is proud to announce the third annual Visiting Chefs Series – a new autumn tradition in New England. The popular series of culinary themed weekend events will take place this year between 24th October and 7th December. Highlights include a special Friday night cocktail reception with that week’s featured chef(s), Saturday culinary demonstrations and wine tasting programs, Saturday evening Table d’ Hote menu items prepared by the featured chef (who will visit tables and answer questions throughout dinner) and Sunday morning jazz breakfast.
