Clifton and Simon N Cellars welcome you to a unique wine dinner on 23rd October 2008, featuring the classic wines of Burgundy, with offerings from prestigious Domaine Chevrot. These wines will be paired with an hors d’oeuvres followed by a four-course menu, featuring the Clifton culinary team’s twist on classic French dishes. Guests of honour Fernand and Catherine Chevrot will share their winemaking experience. The dinner costs $75 per person plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
