Cookery demonstration and wine auction at the Horse and Groom, Malmesbury

Join award winning Michelin star chef Rob Clayton at the Horse and Groom Inn, Malmesbury, Wiltshire on 11th December 2008 for a special festive cookery demonstration followed by dinner and a classic wine auction. The evening costs just £19.95 and visitors will learn dishes such as smoked salmon cannelloni with cucumber pickle, marinated and pan roasted venison and sticky toffee pudding. Guests will also be provided with a set of additional recipes on departure.
