I’m not sure what makes a hotel a ‘hidden gem’ as a considerable number in the list that follows are to be found in major European cities. That aside, here’s the top 10 hidden gem hotels according to Tripadvisor. (They don’t actually say ‘Europe’s top 10′ but since all of them are in Europe (in fact, they’re all in Western Europe), we assume that’s what they meant.)

I am in the process of planning a 3 week trip to Europe in September. I am spending a week in Marbella I was going to do some day trips from there. I am now rethinking my trip and taking a 1 night stay in Sotogrande, Spain. Club Maritimo de Sotogrande, looks fantastic. Do you think it’s worth a one night stay? Or just go and have lunch or dinner?
I visited Kreta Natur’s website, and I must say that the hotel looks amazing.
