Photograph of the week: A storm near Koh Chang, Thailand

This photograph was taken earlier this year during a trip to Koh Chang in Thailand. Jon Raho passed this bridge several times during his stay there, and finally decided to stop one late afternoon to take a photograph of the sunset. But instead the weather changed and he was faced with a black cloud engulfing the sky. It was still just off the mainland so he decided to stay and watch the storm grow and change. And he’s glad he did, as out of the 50 pictures he took of the bridge, trying to capture the storm and lighting, this photograph was spot on! 3 strikes perfectly aligned with the bridge and overall composition. Thank you to Jon Raho Studios for permission to re-produce the image. If you have a really special photograph you would like to share with  A Luxury Travel Blog‘s readers, please contact us.
