La Colombe, South Africa Scot Kirton, executive chef at La Colombe, has been winning national and international awards for his cuisine – and rightly so. Set within a beautiful vineyard, overlooking a charming fountain, La Colombe promises to charm its guests with its French menu with an Asian twist. The Lighthouse Restaurant, the Maldives Often regarded as the best place to dine in the Maldives, The Lighthouse Restaurant located in Baros is an overwater pavilion looking out towards the crystal blue ocean, and has a menu to match the exquisite view.   3. Thanks for the suggestions and food porn. I will add these to my growing list. I did make it to Per Se (back when the people reviewing expense accounts were more forgiving) and it was very good, but not great. I would add:

    – Noma, Copenhagen (best dessert of my life)
    – Uchi, Austin (TX) (sit at the bar)
    – minibar, Washington, DC (and likely Andres’ restaurant é in Las Vegas, although I’ve only read reviews of it)(only 6 seats)
    – Alinea, Chicago (and likely Achatz’s Next, although I’ve only read reviews of it)(the closest you’ll get to El Bulli)
    – Raku, Las Vegas (down-to-earth sushi in a not-so-down-to-earth city)
    – Arzak, San Sebastian (if you have three hours to spare for lunch)

  6. Yes, The Lighthouse Restaurant, from the Baros Maldives Resort And Spa is one of the best Restaurant from the Maldives

    But there are the following Resorts with Restaurant All Inclusive Luxury Meals which is delicious and more options too.
