Ever been tempted by cliff jumping? Check out this video for some rather extreme cliff jumping and diving in Hawaii. Not content with the natural heights of the cliffs in some instances, there’s also some rather insane trampoline jumps thrown in for good measure. And one or two nasty belly-flops, too! Don’t try this at home is the message here… you need to know what you are doing – even professional cliff divers sometimes get caught out with fatal consequences.

This looks amazing! I’ve never gone cliff jumping, but my fiance tried it in Kauai last time we went. It was too scary for me haha!

The heights in the video are a bit out of my league. I have done quite a bit of cliff jumping in the med. I will admit though 35 to 40 feet is about my limit. And doing a back flip about 20 feet or so. I take my hat off to these people.
