    Great article by the way.

  2. Thailand is one of the most beautiful countries in the world! I was in Phuket in 2004, and I loved everything about it. Great post!

  3. Going to a Muay Thai match should be high on anyones list of things to do, although going to an authentic one is a lot better. the tourist staged fights lack the local atmosphere which is an essential part of the experience.

  4. Great list! I would also add sea canoeing in Phang Nga Bay, we did a trip there and you canoe through all the limestone karsts and explore the beautiful lagoons inside them – magical!

  5. Wow! Thank you for this beautiful article! Made me feel nostalgic of our honeymoon in Phuket last year. If you never visited the island of Phuket I suggest you go to one glamorous place – Phuket FantaSea Thai Cultural Themepark. Very civilized place and particularly I recommend it for having a Thai Costume photo shoot. We chose a Thai wedding photo set, which made us feel like Royalties. They literally had hundreds of costumes to choose from. But donÂ’t worry, they will choose the one costume that will suit You best. The staff were very friendly and attentive to the minute details. We were shown how exactly to pose Thai style, which was really beautiful. The whole park was magical and offered a lot of Thai cultural things to see and do. The show was colourful, energetic, with beautiful costumes, lighting and breath-taking special effects. I really enjoyed the whole experience. ItÂ’s one of the places I recommend to visit when youÂ’re in Phuket.

  6. Phuket FantaSea show was absolutely amazing. It is one of the best shows in Thailand! You shouldn’t miss it. Super highly recommend. However, do upgrade to seafood buffet if you want to have a much better dining experience. It’s a great place for family!
