Muse meditation headband Travelling can be a little stressful sometimes, whether you be worrying about what to pack or dashing to make a connection at the airport. Whatever it is that increases your anxiety level, your personal meditation headband is here to help. Muse is a portable brain-sensing headband that measures whether your mind is calm or active, and translates those signals into guiding sounds. Immerse yourself with the sounds of a beach or rainforest and, once you’re calm, you’ll hear peaceful weather sounds. Let your mind wander and the weather will intensify, guiding you back to a calm state. With the accompanying app, you can review your data and learn how to achieve a better level of meditation. muse Leather bucket backpack from Saddleback Leather Co. And I don’t see travel as something that should get in the way of that. In fact, on the contrary, visiting different destinations simply opens up new running opportunities. The Proviz REFLECT360 running jacket is my running jacket of choice because it is highly reflective (and we really mean ‘highly’!), helping you to stand out on the roads when it’s dark (something that’s important when you’re running somewhere that’s unfamiliar), and looks and feels great too. It’s also comfortable, offers good airflow, is very lightweight and takes up a minimal amount of space in your luggage. Proviz NOMO nausea bands Do you suffer from travel sickness? NoMo nausea bands are the first acupressure and aromatherapy of natural peppermint oil wristband that descreases nausea and vomiting for adults and children. Whether you or you kids get car sick or suffer from sea sickness, these bands help to reduce active nausea and vomiting when smelled. 1. The WiFi Hotspot from Skyroam looks like a must have gizmo to me.

I bumped into some journalists on a Press Trip recently. It was in Austria and they were looking pretty anxious. Their problem? Poor WiFi. Nowadays a lot of journalism goes online instantly. And much of it is film clips and high-res pictures. They just didn’t have the WiFi to get their jobs done. Their companies should have equipped them with some Skyroam WiFi Hotspots.

    1. Yes, I’ve been in many a situation where there’s been pressure to meet deadlines but I’ve struggled with poor connectivity. Having a mobile hotspot really can help alleviate the situation sometimes! I wouldn’t ever tend to use one for large amounts of data as I find the connection too slow and intermittent for that, but for simple tasks like web browsing or sending and receiving emails, they can be really useful.
