Finding great vegan restaurants to eat is an important part of my holiday. I am really impressed with what Barcelona has to offer. I do agree that over the last few years with the rise of more people eating plant based diets more countries are becoming more versatile with their food. This means vegans like myself can go on more adventures without worrying about only being able to eat a salad. It’s great to hear that the products are organic and locally sourced in some of them also.
