  1. At that level I think they’ve got the psychological pricing the wrong way round. Guests who can pay that much don’t want to say “It was great value, it was under $50,000 a night.”

    Such is their disposable income and desire for quality, I think that they are more likely to want to say, “It had so much to offer that it was over $50,000 per night.”

    1. Don’t forget that we usually see a high price as an indicator of quality. Sometimes we are looking to pay more to guarantee the best. That last cent could make all the difference.

  2. One night but probably no where near 24 hours!

    I stayed somewhere last week where I couldn’t check in until 4pm and had to be gone by 10 am.

    If the Grey Goose Hotel operated on anything like those hours then the hourly rate will be phenomenal.
