Nestled along the shores of Nita Lake in Whistler, BC, Nita Lake Lodge is a place to unwind, disconnect and immerse yourself in nature. Amongst a collection of cozy suites that feel like home, there is one show-stopping suite that is a little extra inviting. The Rainforest Suite at Nita Lake Lodge beautifully pairs luxury with rustic alpine comfort and features breathtaking views of Whistler Mountain, with the glacier-fed Nita Lake just a few steps away.
Whether you are warming up after a day on the slopes at Whistler Blackcomb in the winter or winding down from exploring the lakes and surrounding trails on a summer day, the Rainforest Suite is a cozy and comfortable home-base for all your alpine adventures.
This large, 1,415 square foot suite can comfortably sleep 6. The master bedroom features a gorgeous, four-poster kind-sized bed, with a private basalt gas fireplace, plus an ensuite that boasts a large double soaker bathtub for ultimate comfort.
The second bedroom is a unique, loft-style room that makes you feel like you are in a cozy forest cabin, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed and powder room for privacy. Located in quiet Creekside Village surrounded by trees, and softly running streams, nighttime is peaceful in the Rainforest Suite, giving guests a chance to enjoy a quiet, good night’s sleep.
The large living space features stunning vaulted ceilings and a basalt gas fireplace, creating the perfect space to gather and connect with loved ones. The entertainment system features a flat screen TV with satellite channels, the latest movies to rent, plus Google Chrome connect so guests can easily connect their own device to stream their favourite shows and movies. The living space also includes a comfortable pull-out queen-sized bed, creating optimal sleeping space for large families while not compromising on comfort and space. The living space expands to the outdoors- step out onto the private balcony, which offers completely unique views of the Creekside Gondola on Whistler Mountain.
The interior design is inspired by a rustic cabin aesthetic, featuring deep reds, plaids and hand carved wooden furniture and art pieces.
The Rainforest suite also features a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, stove, full-sized fridge, microwave, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the silverware and dishes a guest would need to cook. Guests can settle in around the expansive 6-person dining table to enjoy a meal with loved ones in the comfort of their suite.
