New luxury for Miami: The Baccarat Residences in Brickell

A new residential complex is coming to Brickell in Downtown Miami, courtesy of Baccarat Hotels. The Baccarat Residences in Brickell is a mixed-use luxury condo project that will include 40-story, 75-story and 85-story towers with a hotel, residential, office and retail components, in what has become one of the largest financial districts in the United States.

Named after William and Mary Brickell, the neighborhood has an established history offering some of the finest residences in Miami since the early 20th Century, also as one of the city’s most densely-populated areas, in which residential demand is stronger than ever. Baccarat Residences will fulfill this demand with as many as 360 residences, ranging in size from one to four bedrooms, that will further enhance the neighborhood’s existing collection of upscale, luxurious condominium and apartment towers.

The development, with its sparkling glass façade that embraces the natural light of its enviable location, is the work of the hugely-experienced Related Group, the largest condo developer in the Miami area, also responsible for successfully transforming urban landscapes in other Florida locations such as Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, as well as projects further afield in Buenos Aires, Cancun and Puerto Vallarta.

Award-winning global architecture firm Arquitectonica will push the limits of this luxury waterfront development with a lavish design for this mixed-use site where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay. Whilst this latest architectural gem will pamper all residents with the latest features and an exclusive location, the sophisticated, modern and elegant interiors are the vision of Meyer Davis, with open-concept designs, high ceilings, gourmet kitchens with large islands and custom Italian cabinetry.

Not only will residents have access to the best accommodations offered by the district, but they will also have access to some incredible amenities including a heated pool, kids pool, hammam spa, fitness center and Club room. Foodies will love the access to a gourmet market, waterfront restaurant, wine cellar and tasting salon. For families, there will be a games room and a children’s playroom. Also useful to residents will be the business center and boat slips available for rent.

In addition, providing residents with easy access to culture, commerce and entertainment, this location boasts some of the best views of Miami. It is within minutes of PAMM, Museum Park, Bayfront Park, Brickell City Centre, American Airlines Arena, many restaurants and boutiques, and the MetroMover.

Completion of this development is slated to be in the last quarter of 2026. To make an appointment and learn more about this ultra-luxury condominium complex at the end of the Miami River, please register your interest on The Baccarat Residences Miami website.

  1. Miami has always done luxury with accomplished style. I tend to use Miami’s as a stopover. It is a good place to draw breath before heading into the Caribbean, Latin America or the southern states. The Baccarat residences look to be a very worthy addition to Miami’s luxurious portfolio.

  2. I foresee that many of these apartments will be sold off plan, particularly for the higher floors which will have some stunning views.
