  4. Areca get it right when they bake vegan products alongside their standard offerings. It’s not as if vegans go about in groups and non-vegans stick together. Sometimes they mix and you want a bakery that caters for both groups,

  6. If only there were more bakers like Turris pushing boundaries by bringing variety. Throughout Europe, the supermarkets haven’t done anyone any favours with their standardised mass produced loaves. Let’s hope that there are bakers who will stretch themselves and look to beat Turris’ range of 70 breads.
