The new Outrigger Serenity Terraces Resort Phuket will open tomorrow. This full-service luxury resort will be the first property to open in Outrigger Enterprises Group’s planned major expansion into Thailand and Asia. It is located in the quiet Chalong Bay area of Phuket and consists of 78 luxury one- and two-bedroom apartments, most with spectacular Andaman Sea views. I really dislike Phuket. I have traveled thailand extensively, and really all I can think of Phuket is it bing dirty, and too many old men with Thai prostitutes. I would never go back except to use it as an air hub
