Las Ramblas... in Las Vegas!

No, I’m not talking about Barcelona here. I really do mean Vegas. George Clooney and Rande Gerber, along with Related Las Vegas and Centra Properties have teamed together to build Las Ramblas – a $3 billion luxury condominium, resort and casino complex inspired by European lifestyle and sophistication (hence the name, I guess). Vegas’ version of Las Ramblas will encompass more than 25 acres with 11 towers offering luxury condominium and condominium-hotel residences, bungalows, a five star resort, spas, fine dining, nightclubs and lounges, upscale shopping and a proposed casino.

Is Las Vegas a nice place to live? I heard Green Valley, Henderson and Summerlin are nice places to possibly?My friend live in Vegas and said the prices after a 5 yr. rise will fall about 6-8 percent in the next 2 yrs.Like they say it's all about the timing.Please commet back with some insight on Las Vegas.
