New Smartphone from HTC
HTC – the global leader in Windows Mobile-based devices – has unveiled the world’s first DAB-IP enabled Smartphone, the Trilogy. It runs on Windows Mobile version 5.0 and has all the features you’d expect: Pocket Media player, Push Email, Office suite, etc. What is special about this Smartphone, though, is that it can receive Digital TV on its 2.2-inch screen via DAB-IP. It’s perhaps not surprising that it’s already being dubbed the ‘tellyphone’. You can also take pictures via its 1.3 Megapixel digital camera. It has a Micro SD card slot to store images, video and audio, and will be available through Virgin UK by late summer.
