Rice Dumpling Festival

If you’re in Singapore, head to the Copthorne Orchid Hotel to celebrate the Rice Dumpling Festival with Hua Ting’s mouth-watering dumplings. Their award-winning veteran Masterchef Chan Kwok is known for his specialty dumplings and this year, he will present his new creation – XO Rice Dumpling with Sliced Pork and Chinese Mushrooms. The event starts tomorrow and will run until 31st May 2006.
