The Hilton in Auckland is a fab hotel right on the waterfront on Princes Wharf. It has a great pool with an underwater viewing window. And is located on the doorstep of viaduct harbour where the Americas Cup action always takes place.
If you have the time and the sea legs you can go out in one of the Americas Cup yachts – it is definitely worth doing.
