World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest

World Barbecue Championship One of the main events in the Memphis in May International Festival begins today. This 3-day event will attract almost 100,000 pork-lovers to Tom Lee Park in downtown Memphis and has all the ingredients for a great day out. If you’re in the area, it could be worth a visit but, be warned… there could be a lot of grown men dressed in snouts and tutus around; they’ll be the ones competing in the Miss. Piggie competition.
