I’m a little puzzled by your comment. The Honeymoon on Us programme was something IHG did almost 10 years ago now (you’ll notice the blog post is dated 2006). The link now resolves to the reservation page, because this is presumably not something that is still running (and probably hasn’t been for a long time).
Also, I notice you work for IHG so your own group would be the people to ask about this, if you did want further information about what they used to do.
