Nestling between the Sierra Blanca mountains and the Meditterean, and just 5 kms from the heart of the popular resort of Marbella on the Costa del Sol, the Rio Real Golf Hotel is a 30-room five star hotel that combines Spanish architecture with Asia and Mediterranean influences. Although the hotel only opened in 2001, the par-72, 18-hole golf course was designed by Javier Arana and opened back in 1965. Other facilities include tennis, watersports, swimming and horse riding.
