Asian cuisine Back by popular demand, the Echo restaurant at The Breakers Palm Beach is running a Cuisines of Asia Demo and Dinner Series. All the elements of a perfect dining experience will be there. Enjoy a series of interactive evenings with their most popular dishes prepared before your eyes. Each Demo & Dinner commences at 6.30pm in the Far East Room and costs $70 per person, to include a four course dinner and a half-price specialty drink to complement the cuisine. Dates are 7th February 2007 (Thai cuisine), 7th March 2007 (Chinese cuisine) and 11th April 2007 (Vietnamese cuisine).
