    thank you for posting this, luxury travel blog. you are right, its a well-made video and it deserves a lot more air-time.
    i have worked in the hospitality industry for years and this is the first time i am seeing this video. its sad, i think that we have a lot of excellent resources but they are not utilized or maximised enough.
    i will make sure that this is played in our hotels from now on. i’m glad i found you on twitter!
