Intelligent Travel blog from National Geographic Traveler

National Geographic TravelerIf, like me, you have admired the amazing  photographs in National Geographic ever since your childhood, you might be interested to learn that National Geographic Traveler now have a new blog. Well… it’s kind of new.   They used to have a blog called ‘Inside Travel’ but have changed its name and its focus, but retained the same ‘IT’ initials.   Now it claims to blog about “authentic and sustainable travel“. It doesn’t have quite the professional ‘feel’ that comes with products usually associated with the National Geographic, but is a good read nonetheless.

  1. Thanks Paul! Glad you like our blog. You’re right, it’s not as “professional” as our print publication, and that’s because the magazine takes us 8 weeks (for short articles) to a year (for features, which require sending a photographer to shoot the story). And blog readers are too impatient to wait THAT long!

Thanks for dropping by, Marilyn, and good luck with the blog.

    Paul
