The future of travel?


Jet Pack International are about to start selling their jet packs – capable of travelling up to 16 kilometres without refuelling – from $226,000. See it in action on this video. How long before these are commonplace, I wonder.

    Something about the idea of a jet-pack kind of freaks me out, but I’m not afraid of heights (and I love para-gliding) – I think it is the engine aspect. So many things could go wrong!
