  1. There is no city better than rome to enjoy some fine food & wine, taste the dolce vita and see the sights. you almost expect to see audrey hepburn and gregory peck round every corner in Roman holiday.

Aside from the usual poking around mind-blowing ruins, One of my favourite pasttimes is drinking coffee at the cafe on the corner of via Cesare Battisti and via del Corso in Rome (near Mussolini’s big wedding cake). Sipping coffee al fresco is good there, but what *really* makes it special is watching the Roman street cops posing and strutting in their pressed uniforms and shiny sunglasses as they direct traffic through that insane junction.
