Has Bono bought himself a new toy?

Rumour has it that Irish rock star Bono from U2 has bought himself a new yacht. The Cyan is a 140-foot luxury yacht that he is said to have ‘test cruised’ last summer. Built my Italian yachtmakers Codecasa, the vessel can accommodate 12 guests across six cabins and even has an on-deck Jacuzzi. This is no ordinary boat – it would have cost around â¬150,000 a week to charter and the sale price is likely to have exceeded â¬15m.

Actually, it turns out The Edge bought the Cyan 140′ megayacht…go figure. Maybe he is is trying to get to the Monaco yacht show this week! I was reading some of the other press releases about some of the big megayachts there and the elite clientele and vendors. ( https://www.luxist.com/2008/09/25/london-loses-worlds-most-expensive-title-to-monaco/1#c14514860 ). Also the Principality of Monaco has now become the most exclusive (and expensive) luxury property location in the world. At least this week, the world is revolving around yachts and France!
