Culinary delights reach new heights at Summit, a recent addition to The Broadmoor, Colorado Springs. Designed by Adam Tihany, Summit is a symphony of curving windows, steel beams and wood-panelled columns, all echoing the dramatic angles of the neighbouring Rockies. Executive Chef Bertrand Bouquin’s American brasserie fare emphasises fresh, seasonal ingredients. For the holidays, The Broadmoor offers Peak Feasts, private family-style dinners at the Penrose Room and Charles Court. Guests dine at a chef’s table inside the kitchen, where they indulge in fine wines and holiday cuisine with a twist.
It is gorgeous restaurant that i have ever seen. IT would be memorable meal over there for tourists on holidays.
