South East Australia has some of the quirkiest coffee shops, scenic beaches and cultural communities in the whole of Australia. The region offers something for everyone – especially the quaint cafés and scenic surroundings that are perfect if want to unwind and explore. Here are my top 5 recommendations.

The narrowed streets are lined with vintage clothes stores and hipsters with a freshly roasted coffee. You will find local produce and cobble stone pathways as you make your way through the alternative art inspired suburb. Surry Hills offers unique, handmade cutting edge designs, in many of their stores especially on the weekend markets. Great recommendations. I went to Byron Bay almost 10 years ago and it’s still near the top of the list of most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. I’m hoping to go back in September, and hopefully hit up some other spots on your list too!
