1,000 night giveaway courtesy of Geneva Tourism!

In an unprecedented move, Geneva Tourism and carefully-selected partners are giving away an amazing 1,000 room nights at some of the finest hotels in the city this Summer. This is a city that’s a well known hub for business but also one that has a flourishing leisure scene, having won ‘Best Leading City Break Destination in Europe’ at the World Travel Awards for the past two years.

Bed Geneva

Perfectly positioned on the shores of Lake Geneva, Switzerland‘s second largest city is home to many cultural, historical and natural attractions, in addition to being a banking and technology hotspot. This gateway to the Alps has a history that dates back more than 4,000 years and is home to a number of attractions, including the famous Jet d’eau – the world’s tallest water fountain.

There’s more to Geneva than luxury watches and artisanal chocolate shops. Also in this city you’ll find a magnificent cathedral, the largest Alpine lake, an excellent food scene and, on the Rue du Rhône, some of the finest shops in Europe. And now the Swiss capital of peace is inviting you to relax and explore.

To be in with a chance of bagging a free overnight stay for two at the city’s top hotels, simply register online at http://invitedby.geneve.com where one thousand entrants will be in with a chance of winning. Also, for a chance of winning complimentary return flights to Geneva, you can share the competition link on social media with the hashtag #InvitedByGeneva to automatically enter into a free flight draw.

Old Town

Don’t delay… the closing date for the competition is 17th May 2016, and the lucky winners will be able to claim their rooms between 11th July and 12th September 2016.

  1. Awesome! I already registered. The city of Geneva is very pretty and with lots of good attractions to see. Cathedral, museums, great cafes, the lake, lots of delicious amazing chocolates and if you decide to go to other cities in Switzerland you are also very close.

Geneva is on my list of places to go. It looks like the kind of place that I’d enjoy visiting!
Fingers and toes crossed for my comp entry!!

  5. Kayleigh White says:

Looks like a great place to visit, although one night is a little mean. Imagine flying out just for one night?

  6. Geneva has a very clever tourism board. We have had the pleasure of working with them. They are very good at what they do. We will definitely enter, and hopefully end back up at the beautiful Hotel de la Paix

  7. Geneva has fallen under my radar somewhat but it can’t have won the ‘Best Leading City Break Destination in Europe’ (twice!) without good reason. You’ve got my curious to find out more.

I’m sure there will be a lot of entries to the competition, includeing mine, but then there are a lot of prizes!
