Although garra rufa fish are new to me, I’ve had a fish pedicure before where they nibble at your feet. Quite the experience! More like gentle tickling but just having it done was so novel. That was a few years ago in the UK but I’ve not really seen the fish foot spas around since. I didn’t anticipate it would be a ‘thing’ over in spas in Barcelona either.
The Urban spa is quite appealing too as I find water can be incredibly soothing and healing. I’d be interested to see how they use technology in their practices there as every little helps to boost our health and wellbeing. I don’t tend to relate Barce with spas, more tourist sightseeing and shopping. I’d happily go to any one of these right now, so it’s good to know there are plenty of tempting options.
