There are so many rooftops in Barcelona from where to enjoy the city! Some hotels have a great advantage and they open their rooftops to people who aren’t guests too. I love the view of the port from El Sueño restaurant, on top of hotel Serras. It’s very calm and you can either have dinner there or some cocktails.
